There is a huge demand for our services but we always do our best to get back to you within 24 hours . 
Lead times may be affected but we will process your orders in a timely manner.  
We will of course keep you informed throughout the process .
Reality is that all production is slower so lead times are longer .
Everyone is working safely to guidelines to protect us all.
